About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Interventionist to join our team in serving families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities in the Coastal/Low Country area.

In this role, you will provide family-centered early intervention services, including Family Training with the caregiver and child in their home, daycare or natural environment setting, and provide training, education, and support to families in the areas of child development, parenting, and family functioning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to families, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is estimated at $46,780 annually, based on the location and the base salary of $40,000 per year, plus travel mileage reimbursement at .45 per mile up to a $565 reimbursable monthly cap.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of each child's developmental needs and create individualized plans to promote their growth and development.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children birth to six years old.
  • Prior early interventionist experience is preferred, but recent & upcoming college graduates with a degree in a related field and a willingness for on-the-job training are also considered.
