Pediatric Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Interventionist to join our team in Beaufort, Colleton, and Jasper counties in South Carolina. As a Child Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with families to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Family & Consumer Science, or any related field. At least 1 year of documented experience working with children birth to six years old is required. Prior early interventionist experience is preferred.
The salary for this position is $40,000 per year, plus travel mileage reimbursement at .45 per mile up to a $565 reimbursable monthly cap, totaling up to $46,780 annually.
Key Duties:- Provide comprehensive early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with caregivers and children to develop strategies that promote child development and address specific needs.
- Monitor the progress of children and adapt interventions as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of documented experience working with children birth to six years old.
- Prior early interventionist experience is preferred.
