JOB SUMMARY
Oversees Marketing Communication Initiatives focused on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product promotions, and communication strategies aimed at enhancing Direct to Consumer applications, upselling, customer retention, and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, execute, and sustain marketing strategies that align with both organizational and departmental goals related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
- Propose innovative solutions that will facilitate demand generation, retention, and revenue objectives.
- Supervise various launch strategies associated with new offerings, products, and services along with their corresponding communications.
- Leverage all available marketing channels, including digital platforms, direct marketing, and media outreach.
- Ensure the timely and accurate execution of communication tactics and materials, reflecting Spectrum's brand standards.
- Facilitate internal communication regarding projects to support organizational needs at all levels.
- Actively promote efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee the review of departmental materials and tactics to ensure compliance with company and brand messaging strategies.
- Generate recaps and analytical reports for all campaigns, assessing their success and effectiveness.
- Present updates to supervisors, leadership, and the Marketing organization as required, including marketing plans, status updates, and recaps.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Authorize projects, purchase orders, and invoices as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Familiarity with marketing strategies and procedures.
Knowledge of Direct to Consumer applications, upselling, retention, and engagement marketing channels.
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize effectively.
Capability to supervise and inspire team members.
Proficient in using personal computers and software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
Ability to develop plans, timelines, expense forecasts, and process flowcharts.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in marketing experience.
Minimum of 5 years in a management role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of cable television products and services.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in CATV experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office environment.
- Travel as necessary.
