Role Summary

As a Senior Architect with a concentration on hospitality initiatives, you will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring project teams throughout all phases of substantial hospitality developments, which include gaming venues, hotels, and related amenity spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor project teams on design and technical matters daily.
  • Develop comprehensive designs and documentation from initial concepts through to construction.
  • Oversee project coordination from design inception to construction administration.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create solutions that meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy of technical documentation and liaise with consultants.
  • Conduct construction administration duties.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect with professional registration.
  • A minimum of 10 years of architectural experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard software.
  • Experience with large-scale hospitality and gaming projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100M to $350M.
