About the Job

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. As a Branch Office Administrator, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Support: Deliver personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  2. Business Planning: Assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year, participating in the annual business planning process.
  3. Marketing Activities: Plan and execute events to drive marketing initiatives.
Requirements
