About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Autonomy Systems Engineer to join our team at Skydio. As a key member, you will design, train, and deploy optimized models for our autonomy system, leveraging real-world video data, synthetic data, and state-of-the-art foundation models. Your expertise will help refine and optimize models for low-latency execution on embedded hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy computer vision and multimodal deep learning models
- Leverage state-of-the-art academic papers and literature for fast iteration
- Be a generalist helping out on all aspects of the software when needed

Requirements:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, or related discipline
- Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying deep learning models
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly technical team environment

What We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000-$277,500. Compensation will vary based on factors including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of various incentives and stipends.
