Healthcare Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients and supporting their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take vital signs and monitor client health
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Chart client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise clients and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Monitor client activities and provide support as needed
  • Transport clients to appointments and provide transportation assistance
  • Administer medication as directed by medical staff
  • Perform follow-up tasks and communicate with clients and staff
  • Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a professional attitude
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of addiction and mental health principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
