Join Our Team as a Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Addiction Recovery Care, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take vital signs and monitor client health
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company, state, and federal regulations
  • Chart client information for insurance purposes
  • Supervise clients for extended periods and monitor their activities
  • Ensure a safe environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Handle crisis situations with calm support
  • Transport clients to appointments and complete drug screenings
  • Act as a liaison between medical staff, admission staff, and clinical staff
  • Administer medication as directed and perform follow-ups with clients
  • Ensure client confidentiality and comply with 42CFR, Part 2
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of addictions and mental health complications
  • Knowledge of the 12-Step Recovery Program
  • Ability to determine medical emergencies and take appropriate action
