Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Swedish Medical Group. As a Per Diem provider, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at our various locations throughout the Seattle area.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Palliative Care setting
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at Swedish Medical Group, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including hourly rates between $70 and $70. You will also have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including CME benefits and productivity incentives.
