The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the airport operation, prioritizing workplace safety, and maintaining financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the airport operation, including cash handling and accountability procedures.
  • Prioritize workplace safety, maintaining established metrics and Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain financial performance of the location, meeting or exceeding all established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies, processes, and procedures to effectively influence company profitability.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and hire employees as required.
  • Be a positive role model to all personnel and the airport community.
  • Represent the business priorities and professional posture of PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. with best intent at all times.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid State Drivers License with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Associates degree or higher, or high school diploma or equivalent with four years relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial operations, profit and loss statements, customer invoices, and other mathematical functions necessary to managing the airport operation.
Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Problem Solving, Operational and Financial acumen, Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Oral Communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct or indirect supervision of all on-site PrimeFlight personnel.
