Job Summary:

Scheels is seeking a Part-Time Asset Protection Associate to join our team. As an Asset Protection Officer, you will play a critical role in reducing and deterring internal loss through various means, including floor surveillance, monitoring closed-circuit camera systems, and auditing/reviewing exception reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reduce and deter internal loss through means of floor surveillance, monitoring closed-circuit camera systems, and auditing/reviewing a variety of exception reports.
  • Identify and apprehend external subjects for theft when all Scheels 5 Imperatives have been met.
  • Conduct successful non-confrontation interviews with external or internal patrons of Scheels.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
