Join the Scheels Team as a Part-Time Hunting Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Hunting Specialist to join our team at Scheels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our extensive selection of hunting and archery products
  • Assist customers with finding the perfect product to meet their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the archery department
  • Participate in sales and product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on the latest products and trends
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
