About the Role

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. You will interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.

About the Job
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and demos to help guests find what they need.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store visual standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, as well as the ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally.
