At LiLLiStar, we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our Guests. As a Mixology Specialist, you will play a vital role in this effort.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality beverages to our Guests in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our bar area is well-stocked and organized at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working as a bartender in a similar environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the bar for service by stocking all necessary items.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Guests in the dining room and bar.
  • Assist Guests with selecting food and beverages by presenting menu options and making recommendations.
  • Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and alcohol control policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and Guest requests.
  • Fulfill additional Guest requests and involve management for unusual or difficult requests.
  • Contribute to team effort by assisting other staff as time allows.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming and appearance.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to carry 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $72,000 per year
