The role of the Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) at Fidelity Partners is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the academic and emotional growth of students in Alief Independent School District. This position requires a strong foundation in school psychology, with a focus on assessing and addressing the psychological and emotional needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention: Perform comprehensive assessments for emotional, behavioral, and learning concerns, and develop targeted intervention plans to support student mental health and learning.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with educators, families, and other mental health professionals to foster a supportive learning environment and promote academic success.
  • IEP Development and Implementation: Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, you will also enjoy 11 paid federal holidays, two weeks' PTO after one year of service, and accrued sick leave.
