Student Success Professional

The Student Success Professional will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our students by providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and advise prospective students, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with members of the admissions leadership team to develop, implement, and evaluate the university's strategic recruitment plan.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, vibrant personality, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Possess high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak times.
- Able to travel and work extended hours to include nights and weekends.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $**62,000 - $72,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
