Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and providing ongoing support for various software applications. You will collaborate with end-users and IT teams to identify and resolve application-related challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and formulate solution objectives based on user requirements, adapting solutions to address complex challenges while considering both technical and business environments.
  • Prepare comprehensive specifications for application configuration, database creation, and program development.
  • Analyze existing system logic to identify issues and document necessary revisions.
  • Establish and maintain integration points between applications.
  • Lead software version upgrades and modifications.
  • Assist in prioritizing systems analysis, programming, and operational tasks to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Oversee quality control and auditing of databases to ensure data integrity and appropriate usage.
  • Manage small projects or segments of larger initiatives, coordinating team activities and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
  • Document workflows and data flows for clarity and efficiency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of application products to provide effective customer support.
  • Collaborate with vendors to design and implement application enhancements.
  • Act as an advocate for customers in vendor interactions.
  • Identify automation opportunities to enhance enterprise information needs.
  • Generate reports and provide data files as required.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of six years in Information Systems or a related functional area, with a demonstrated understanding of technical operations in a client/server environment. Two years of IT project management experience is also required.

Licensure: Professional or clinical licensure may be necessary based on the applications assigned.
