  • **Materials Management**: Maintain a Materials Safety Data Sheet binder.
  • **OSHA Compliance**: Ensure all OSHA standards are met or exceeded.
  • **Employee Development**: Train employees on the safe, effective, and efficient use of materials and equipment.
  • **Performance Management**: Document employee performance according to procedure.
  • **Supply Chain Management**: Obtain all necessary supplies and equipment.
  • **Scheduling**: Ensure functions are manned according to the posted schedule.
  • **Employee Support**: Act as the first point of contact for employee complaints and assist employees with their duties.
  • **Contract Compliance**: Ensure employees perform duties according to contract specifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred.
  • **Experience**: Three to five years supervisory experience required; experience working with people with disabilities highly preferred.
  • **Knowledge**: Knowledge of procedures involved in maintaining operations as per government requirements.
  • **Communication**: Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • **Language**: Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • **Security Clearance**: May require the ability to obtain secret clearance.
