Job Title: Contract Management Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Contract Management Supervisor will oversee contract management activities on Fluor projects or act as a lead contract manager on individual Fluor contracts. This role requires direct supervision of Principal Contract Managers and Contract Administrators, as well as providing project staffing solutions, including manpower and indirect estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer moderately large and complex contracts
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, analyze commercial sections of proposals, and coordinate technical scopes of work
  • Develop final proposal evaluations, prepare contract recommendations, and present recommendations to project teams and/or clients
  • Support Contract Management activities on large-scale projects, with a work scope of US$250 million to US$1 billion (or global equivalent)
  • Conduct and maintain continuing review of progress of each contract and provide management with information pertaining to any financial, technical, or commercial difficulties
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex commercial and technical data. Experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field is required.
