- Process mail and UPS deliveries, preparing for the next day's appointment schedule.
- Verify and enter necessary information into our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to scheduling emergencies and patient concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support Customer Care by utilizing waitlists and machine utilization templates.
- Keep management informed of potential issues and changes in policies or procedures.
- Maintain copay and petty cash accuracy, making daily bank deposits.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Medical office or healthcare administration courses preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required.
- Attention to detail and typing accuracy required.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and insurance requirements preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to multitask and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry and information intake via phone. Accommodations can be made as needed.
Internal/External InteractionsThis role requires extensive interaction with all customer groups. The ideal candidate will be personable, upbeat, fast-paced, and organized.
