  • Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper patient flow.
  • Process mail and UPS deliveries, preparing for the next day's appointment schedule.
  • Verify and enter necessary information into our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to scheduling emergencies and patient concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support Customer Care by utilizing waitlists and machine utilization templates.
  • Keep management informed of potential issues and changes in policies or procedures.
  • Maintain copay and petty cash accuracy, making daily bank deposits.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Medical office or healthcare administration courses preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required.
  • Attention to detail and typing accuracy required.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and insurance requirements preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to multitask and exceed customer expectations.
Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry and information intake via phone. Accommodations can be made as needed.

Internal/External Interactions

This role requires extensive interaction with all customer groups. The ideal candidate will be personable, upbeat, fast-paced, and organized.
