As a Manager, Operations at RXO, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for our Transportation Management services offering. You will also define opportunities for improvement and efficiencies, while identifying areas of growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define requirements for operations and ensure the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed company requirements and customer expectations
  • Identify and deploy a broad range of customer initiatives through established processes
  • Define, deploy, and monitor corrective action plans that reduce risk and mitigate process errors
  • Design and deliver standard reporting and analytical tools to support Operations Management and Executive Management using a variety of software, including Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial planning software
  • Interpret large volumes of operational data, report on accuracy and trends
  • Create templates and deliverables for Operational; identify methods to monitor performance against original assumptions; develop detective controls and predictive indicators

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in transportation and logistics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience working with a TMS system
  • Solid problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees
