Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to transport residents to and from appointments and activities in our facility van.

As a Transportation CNA, you will provide emotional support to residents and ensure their safe transportation to and from appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive facility van to and from appointments and activities.
  • Provide emotional support to residents.
  • Keep van clean, tidy, and mechanically sound.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
  • Ability to read and write at a level appropriate for the job.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and facility staff.
