The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for guiding the service team to ensure an outstanding guest experience while maintaining the lively atmosphere of our establishment. This role also involves assisting in managing daily financial operations and upholding our brand's high standards. The Supervisor executes their duties with care, promoting teamwork and excellence among staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of full-service, upscale dining operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Technologically adept, with the ability to navigate essential systems and IT frameworks.
  • Proficient in cash handling and financial reconciliations.
  • Possession of necessary food safety certifications.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, including clear vision, active listening, assertive communication, and empathy.
  • Driven by a strong desire to achieve excellence and committed to delivering high-quality results.
