Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all operational facets for multiple Next Door locations
  • Engage actively with patrons and team members, emphasizing relationship building
  • Guarantee exceptional guest service, effectively addressing and resolving complaints
  • Represent the restaurants, cultivating enduring relationships with guests and fostering loyalty
  • Oversee staffing requirements, including recruitment, hiring, and performance assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth
  • Maintain a positive workplace atmosphere, uphold standards, and encourage teamwork
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, quality assurance, and cleanliness
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
  • Report on financial performance, assist in budget planning, and manage administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Strong self-discipline, initiative, and leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a comparable dining environment
  • Experience managing a team of 30 or more employees

Working Conditions:

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
