Join our dynamic team where you will engage in a diverse range of legal matters, including commercial disputes, insolvency cases, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys and paralegals in commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases
  • Draft legal documents in compliance with court requirements
  • File documents electronically and manage case files
  • Maintain time records and support loan transactions and closings
  • Organize trial materials, including binders and exhibits for court proceedings

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for service of process
  • Compile and create reports and presentations
  • Support document review initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
  • Background in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or real estate is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
