The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational data management, supervision of staff, and knowledge of domestic violence shelter and/or rape crisis center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the 24/7 crisis line schedule and supervise part-time Shelter Advocates and full-time Night Shelter Advocate.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistics and reports for the program.
  • Facilitate a support group and provide direct client support as needed.
  • Ensure operations are compliant with current Peer Review standards and Rape Crisis Center standards.
  • Record, organize, distribute, and acknowledge all program donations at the Rape Crisis Center.
  • Maintain client and program confidentiality.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and represent the organization in a professional manner at all required meetings and events.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage stressful or crisis situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Familiarity with common computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to obtain 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) annually.
