Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor clients remotely to ensure their health, safety, and personal needs are being met.
  • Provide direction and support to clients as needed, using verbal prompts or dispatching emergency services when necessary.
  • Accurately document client activities and maintain training standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Report system malfunctions and inform supervisors of any incidents or potential problems.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and residential staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent with adequate reading and writing skills.
  • At least two years of experience working with developmentally disabled adults and/or children or seniors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up on responsibilities.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills (at least 30 words per minute).
