About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tele-Caregiver to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Tele-Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our clients across various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor clients' health, safety, and personal needs in real-time using our advanced monitoring system.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, including verbal prompting and dispatching of emergency services as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client activities in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain training standards and report system malfunctions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High school graduate or equivalent with excellent reading and writing skills.
  • At least two years of experience working with developmentally disabled adults and/or children or seniors.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy and ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up on responsibilities.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and see in color.
