Regulatory and Accreditation Specialist

Temple University Health System seeks a skilled Regulatory and Accreditation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify process improvement opportunities and lead, manage, and execute Regulatory and Accreditation projects from conception through completion under the direction of the Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead projects to implement changes
  • Manage and execute Regulatory and Accreditation projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
