Position Overview

As a Senior Systems Integration Engineer, you will engage in comprehensive systems engineering tasks, including high-level system architecture, defining performance and interface specifications, and crafting installation, integration, and acceptance testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical Systems Integration support for Cyber Range initiatives aimed at operator training and simulating customer environments.
  • Assist in configuring sensors for effective data collection in customer projects.
  • Collaborate closely with mission operators and developers to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Conduct a range of systems engineering activities focused on technical problem resolution, requirements gathering, process enhancement, risk assessment, and solution design to bolster cybersecurity mission effectiveness.
  • Support the identification of requirements and the design of future versions of primary analytic systems.
  • Explore new and existing products, technologies, and architectures to address design, development, and operational challenges.
Qualifications Required
  • A Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree with 11 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with 13 years of relevant experience may be acceptable for candidates with extensive experience closely related to the role.
  • A degree in Professional Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, or a relevant technical discipline (e.g., chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, or geology).
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Essential Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Systems Integration.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong background in Cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Bash Scripting.
  • Familiarity with Ansible.
  • Knowledge of Splunk.
Preferred Technical Skills
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
