Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

At Allen Marine Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and efficient records and files.
  • Assist with the processing of independent tour sales and provide support to managers as needed.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly to and from locations.
  • Develop and maintain pre-season employment training and support materials.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and running errands.
Requirements:
  • Previous office or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk on uneven deck surfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the visitor industry or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of U.S. driving experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
