About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Eaglecrest Snowsports School. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Snowsports School staff, ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Snowsports School Director and staff, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Manage point-of-sale systems, including sales, reservations, and tracking.
  • Assist with training and scheduling of Snowsports Admin staff.
  • Support the Rental department with contracts, season rental manifests, and unaccompanied minor forms.
  • Collaborate with the Community Outreach Manager on homeschool registrations, school group registrations, and guest communications.
  • Perform end-of-day sales reconciliations, file associated transmittals, and record daily lesson sales.
Requirements
  • Two years of clerical experience, including cash handling and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Post-secondary education may be substituted for required experience.
