Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, and guiding our overall financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the executive team to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
- Financial Insights: Present financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors, informing strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in Transportation, Export/Import, or Brokerage.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary Structure: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
