About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Clinical Director to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
  • Medication Management: Oversee the medication management program, ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certifications: Current state licensure as a professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Experience: Minimum two years LPN/LVN experience, preferably in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum one year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of applied nursing practices, techniques, and methods in accordance with federal, state/province, and board of nursing requirements.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans, employee assistance programs, paid time off, sick time, and holiday pay.
