- Work collaboratively with fellow employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours, with regular breaks.
- Read, understand, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms and checks.
- Check identification and pricing of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
- Stock shelves and coolers, retrieving merchandise for customers as needed.
- Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
- Clean windows, change gas price signs, sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash.
- Clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store.
- Enter and work in coolers and freezers, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Learn and work on a computer, utilizing our store's systems and technology.
The Customer Service Representative position is an hourly role, with a variable schedule determined by store management. Availability to work on any scheduled shift is required, with no guaranteed number of hours per week. This position may be full or part-time.
Perform similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
