  • Establish assumptions regarding the scope, costs, budgets, and cash flow related to capital initiatives.
  • Support the assessment of current and prospective properties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of experience in healthcare planning and design. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, coupled with five years of experience in project or program management.
