About this Role

The Business Sales Consultant will sell Windstream products and services to small and midsize businesses in designated communities. To ensure success, we provide extensive training and a high level of support.

Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with prospective customers, build rapport, and generate business within your assigned market.
  • Work within a performance-driven environment designed for people who thrive in a rewards-based role.
  • This position is compensated by a competitive base salary and monthly commissions based on your sales.

Requirements

  • Self-motivation to achieve success in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Working with customers in a sales role is a big plus, but not required.
  • College degree or equivalent and 2-4 years professional experience or 6+ years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
