Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Lead to join our team in CA. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Allocate staff and resources to maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stock areas
  • Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • In absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, take full responsibility for all store operations
  • Interact with customers via phone and in-person to offer expert advice and process transactions
  • Uphold Dunn-Edwards' store vision of fast and reliable service
  • Continuously learn about the industry, products, and services through Dunn-Edwards' Learning Network and job certification programs
Requirements
  • Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Valid driver's license is required
