Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Lead to join our team in CA. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Allocate staff and resources to maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stock areas
- Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- In absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, take full responsibility for all store operations
- Interact with customers via phone and in-person to offer expert advice and process transactions
- Uphold Dunn-Edwards' store vision of fast and reliable service
- Continuously learn about the industry, products, and services through Dunn-Edwards' Learning Network and job certification programs
- Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Valid driver's license is required
