About the Position
This full-time Sales Representative position offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
- Promote Sovereign Insurance Group's services to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including prospect lists and insurance needs assessments.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients, agency personnel, and company representatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance products and market trends.
- Foster a positive and supportive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Commercial property and casualty insurance knowledge preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and goal-orientation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Able to learn and adapt quickly, with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
