About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team as a Supplier Development Engineer, Electrical. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for suppliers, addressing high-impact manufacturing and quality challenges.
  • Own outsourced parts from cradle to grave, conducting design for manufacturing reviews and industrializing processes.
  • Partner with procurement teams to strategically source parts matched with supplier competencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or quality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
