Job Overview

As a Manufacturing Systems Engineering Lead at Aditi Consulting, you will play a key role in developing software and test frameworks that improve speed and quality of testing of satellite components.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in all phases of software development from requirements through implementation and test.
  2. Engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design solutions.
  3. Succeed within an open, collaborative peer environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
What We Offer

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and 180,000 per annum. We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
