Responsibilities

As a Director within our Private Capital Solutions group, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the advisory and execution of secondary transactions, including LP portfolio sales, GP-led solutions, and other private market liquidity solutions
  • Overseeing the structuring of complex transactions, including managing negotiations, pricing, and term sheet development
  • Overseeing financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes to ensure robust transaction execution
  • Participating in internal and external client meetings, negotiation of contracts, and due diligence sessions
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance on deal execution and fostering their professional development
Qualifications

We seek highly motivated, intelligent, and experienced professionals who possess:

  • 6+ years of financial services experience in private equity, secondary advisory, or investment banking
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required)
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
Compensation

We offer a competitive annualized base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000, with additional rewards, incentives, and benefits, including a discretionary bonus component.
