Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cargo Claims Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cargo, trucking, or transportation claims, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and evaluate coverage and liability to ensure accurate claims handling.
- Secure and analyze necessary information to support claims investigations.
- Work with customers, wrecker companies, freight brokers, and shippers to resolve disputes and settle claims.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of related experience in cargo, trucking, or transportation claims.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
