Our Sales Development Representative role at Canonical involves finding customer projects that match our product lines and promoting our brand across different industries and geographies. As a member of our regional sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Attending events and conferences worldwide to present on booths and drive face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to achieve results
  • Working closely with marketing on campaigns
  • Researching information about prospective customers
  • Generating a multi-million pound pipeline
  • Identifying prospects and market trends
  • Helping define processes and policies for the team
  • Liaising with new and existing customers, setting up meetings, and actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities

The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000, depending on factors such as location, experience, knowledge, and skills. In addition to the base pay, we offer benefits, including a personal learning and development budget, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, and employee assistance program.
