Job Title: Medical Device Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Device Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including measuring, fitting, and educating them on compression solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and measure patients for ready-to-wear and custom compression garments
  • Utilize medi vision and traditional measuring techniques
  • Provide demonstrations and patient setup for medi's compression pump offering
  • Educate patients and clinicians on the use and maintenance of medi's compression solutions
  • Act as a liaison and communicate effectively with clinicians, patients, and DME providers
  • Travel throughout the established region to support market growth

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in face-to-face patient/customer service
  • Demonstrated capability in educating customers and sales personnel
  • Knowledge of compression and experience with measuring is preferred
  • Ability to work with a variety of personality types
  • Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Adaptability to new processes and technology
  • Ability to read and interpret medical terminology and basic anatomy
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
