Job Title: Project Manager - Broadcast Infrastructure

STAND 8 Technology Services is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Broadcast Infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, executing, and closing projects within the broadcasting industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including setting deadlines, assigning resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external partners to define project scope and develop schedules.
  • Execute projects according to plan, track progress, and make adjustments as needed for successful completion.
  • Establish communication schedules to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Review the quality of work completed with the project team to ensure it meets project standards.
  • Monitor budget flow projections and report actual budget and variance to senior management regularly.
  • Plan and execute physical moves and refresh efforts, decommission end-of-life infrastructure, and migrate network core services.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of project management/maintenance planning experience with a general contractor or project management firm, and 5 years of operations management/team leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and contractors at once, including Tenant Improvement, Ground up, and Technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on site at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with short notice, and experience working with data center migrations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local/regional codes and ordinances, reading/interpreting construction documents and contracts, and Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, SmartSheets, and ServiceNow.
  • Project Management certification is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
