Phone Support Associate

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the key to providing an unforgettable experience for our customers. You will conduct outbound calls, utilize scripted dialogue, and input and manage call data to ensure a seamless experience. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently will make you a valuable member of our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and typing
- Familiarly with customer service principles

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls daily, with the ability to sit for extended periods
- Utilize scripted dialogue for both inbound and outbound calls to establish rapport and schedule sales appointments
- Input and manage call data using CRM software
- Track daily calls, emails, and appointments
- Meet minimum call metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Address and overcome customer objections
- Coordinate with internal departments and direct sales inquiries to management
- Provide comprehensive daily task recaps
