Job Opportunity

LPC Personnel, Inc. is recruiting for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues and driving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and resolving issues.
  • Offer product information and support, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Address product issues and concerns, escalating matters when necessary.
  • Update customer records accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring expert knowledge.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A positive and professional attitude, maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Bilingual candidates are welcome to apply, as language skills may be beneficial.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
