We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Coordinator to join our team at CIEL Senior Living. As a key member of our health and wellness team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Resident Care: Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Directly supervise and train Resident Assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care and support.
- Medication Management: Administer medications as directed, maintain accurate medication records, and participate in regular medication audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Documentation: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
- Participate in Community Events: Participate in community events and activities that promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being.
- Education and Licensure: Must have a current LPN licensure in good standing and a strong understanding of the English language sufficient to read, write, and interpret administrative information.
- CPR Certification: Must have current CPR certification.
- Physical Qualifications: Must be able to continuously walk and stand, and perform other physical demands of the job as outlined in the job description.
