Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store functions. Your duties will include recruiting, training, and guiding staff to meet operational goals, managing financial records, and ensuring optimal merchandising practices. You will uphold our high standards and deliver exceptional service to our customers, while maintaining consistent onsite attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail
- Supervisory or Management Background

- Food Handling Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for short durations
- Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push/pull with minimal force
- Flexibility to bend and twist as needed
- Manual dexterity for handling objects

This role may require climbing to access materials or signage.


Customer Service Excellence:
Provide and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and attentive manner.

Welcome customers upon entry and express gratitude as they leave; assist with inquiries and provide recommendations.

Ensure prompt service and resolve customer issues professionally.

Accurately process transactions and handle various payment methods.

Manage multiple operational tasks effectively.

Facility Maintenance:
Maintain awareness of the store's overall condition; report any maintenance needs to the Store Manager. Ensure cleanliness by performing general housekeeping duties, including:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces
- Disposing of waste

Regularly check and clean equipment used in store operations.


Merchandising Responsibilities:
Ensure product areas are well-stocked and presented for customer accessibility.

Assist in preparing inventory orders and implement pricing changes as per company guidelines.


Sales and Financial Management:
Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies, maintaining accurate cash and sales records.

Prepare daily financial reports and manage payroll records.


Staff Management:
Oversee store employees as directed by the Store Manager.

Assist in scheduling and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with company standards.


Security and Administrative Duties:
Support the Store Manager in maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Report any incidents or safety concerns promptly.

Prepare periodic reports as required.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred
- Understanding of business and customer service principles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle unexpected challenges
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Open availability for scheduling

Physical and Work Environment:
The physical demands of this position may include:
- Working in varying temperature conditions
- Lifting and carrying items as needed
- Operating cash registers and other equipment
- Standing or walking for long periods
- Working independently with minimal supervision
